1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the operator of the 11jj platform ("11jj", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://11jj.cam.

By accessing the 11jj website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11jj is an English-language online casino and sports betting platform designed for Pakistani players. The platform provides cricket betting, live dealer tables, slots and a wide range of casino games with PKR display and mobile-first design. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the applicable law in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 11jj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent or close family member of a person employed by or affiliated with 11jj or any of its game providers, payment processors or technology partners;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on 11jj or any platform operated by the same group;
• All information you provide during registration and KYC is accurate, current and complete.

If you cease to satisfy any of the above conditions at any time, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account pending or following such verification.

4 Registration & Account Management

To access real-money services on 11jj you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. You may hold only one Account per individual. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password);
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying 11jj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Keeping your registered email address, payment method information and personal details up to date.

11jj will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the Platform.

11jj reserves the right to refuse an Account application or to close an existing Account at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation or breach of these Terms.

5 KYC & Verification

11jj is required to verify the identity, age and payment details of its users in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and know-your-customer ("KYC") obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, upon reaching specified activity thresholds, or at any other time at our discretion.

You may be required to provide, without limitation, one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of wallet, bank statement confirming account name);
• Source-of-funds documentation where required under AML procedures.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 11jj may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification. We process all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits & Payments

Deposits into your 11jj Account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, applicable fees and processing times are set out in the cashier and may change without advance notice.

Payment method references used in Platform content — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for general context and user familiarity only. These institutions and services do not endorse gambling or this Platform. Availability of any specific method is subject to the operator's cashier, the provider's own terms and conditions, applicable law and your account verification status.

You represent and warrant that:

• All funds you deposit originate from a payment method registered in your own name;
• You are not depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• You will not attempt to reverse, charge back or dispute any deposit made in connection with genuine gambling activity.

11jj reserves the right to refuse any deposit, to request documentation confirming the source of funds, and to reverse deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC and AML checks prior to processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same method used for your most recent deposit;
• Any active Bonus funds or funds subject to unmet Wagering Requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable requirements have been fulfilled;
• 11jj reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing large or unusual withdrawal requests;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, applicable fees and indicative processing times are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.

11jj will not be liable for delays caused by the processing timelines of third-party payment providers, banking institutions or regulatory compliance checks beyond our control.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, birthday rewards and referral credits offered by 11jj are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified Account holders only;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address and per device, unless stated otherwise;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotional terms; uncompleted Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings;
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly or combined with other offers unless the promotional terms expressly permit this;
• 11jj reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already accrued to a User under an active promotion;
• Any evidence of Bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion or exploitation of promotional terms will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

PKR amounts referenced in promotional materials are illustrative examples only and do not constitute guaranteed offers unless explicitly confirmed in the relevant live promotion terms.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 11jj Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport or betting market in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel. Sport-specific rules and bet settlement procedures are published in the sportsbook help section.

By placing a Wager you acknowledge that:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except where expressly provided in the applicable game or sporting rules;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, 11jj's technical records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome;
• 11jj reserves the right to void any Wager that has been placed using funds obtained fraudulently, through technical errors, or in connection with Bonus abuse;
• Maximum payout limits per single bet or per day may apply and are published in the cashier or sportsbook rules;
• In-play (live) betting markets close immediately upon a triggering event and any bets accepted after such an event may be voided at 11jj's discretion.

Cricket betting markets referencing Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments and other sporting events are offered as entertainment wagering markets only. 11jj does not claim any partnership with, endorsement by, or affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any team or governing body.

10 Responsible Gambling

11jj is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries real financial risk. The Platform provides the following responsible-gambling tools, which are accessible through your Account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that restrict the amount you may deposit during the specified period;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds, after which no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets;
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session reminders and hard time limits;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net wagering position at set intervals;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term temporary access restrictions during which Limit increases are not permitted;

11jj reserves the right to impose limits on any Account where we identify patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, or where requested to do so by a third-party safeguarding organisation operating in our license jurisdiction.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11jj Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account balance and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy or anonymisation technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using any automated software, bot, script or data-scraping tool to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, chip-dumping or any form of coordinated cheating;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 11jj staff or other users.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 11jj Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layouts and design — is the property of 11jj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

The 11jj name, logo and brand identifiers are proprietary marks of the operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11jj, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and technology providers shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from interruption of access to the Platform due to technical maintenance, network failures, DDoS attacks or other events beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, content or material on the Platform;
• Gambling losses — all wagers are made at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14 Suspension & Termination

11jj may suspend or terminate your Account and/or deny access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11;
• Become ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3;
• Requested self-exclusion under the responsible-gambling framework.

Upon termination for cause, any Account Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, we may forfeit all or part of the Balance including any Bonus funds and associated winnings.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any pending withdrawals and satisfaction of all outstanding KYC obligations. Active Bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its international gaming licence, details of which are available upon request from [email protected].

11jj operates under an international licensing framework. The Platform is not licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. The existence of an international licence does not override the applicable laws of the User's jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to them in their location.

Any disputes arising from use of the Platform should first be directed to our support team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Unresolved complaints may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by our license jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

11jj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will become effective upon publication on the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of material changes via email or in-platform notification where practical, but your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
