About 11jj — Pakistan's English-Language Gaming Platform
Built from the ground up for Pakistani players who expect transparency, mobile performance and a platform that speaks their language — literally. Here's who we are, what we stand for and why thousands of players from Karachi to Peshawar choose 11jj.
How 11jj Came to Be Pakistan's Go-To Gaming Platform
11jj was founded with a clear and simple observation: Pakistani players who enjoy online casino games and sports betting had no platform that truly spoke their language — in English, designed for their screens, referenced in their currency. Every major platform either showed balances in foreign currencies, operated entirely in languages unfamiliar to most Pakistani users, or buried its terms in impenetrable legalese.
We set out to change that. 11jj is built as an English-language first platform — every menu, every promotional term, every support conversation and every responsible-gambling notice is written in clear, natural English suited for Pakistani readers. Whether you're in Karachi's Defence neighbourhood, Lahore's Gulberg, Islamabad's F-7 or any city from Multan to Peshawar, the experience is the same: clean, fast, transparent and in a language you can trust.
From day one, we made two non-negotiable commitments: show balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) so players always know exactly where they stand, and build the platform mobile-first so that the majority of Pakistani users who access the internet via smartphone get the full experience without compromise.
11jj is not a side project or a rebrand of a foreign platform. It is designed specifically around the needs, preferences and realities of Pakistani players — including the sports they love (Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC), the payment rails they recognise and the legal context they navigate daily.
Our Journey at a Glance
The Idea
Identified the gap: Pakistani players deserved an English-language platform built around PKR, local context and mobile performance — not an afterthought translation of a foreign product.
Platform Build
Built from the ground up with a mobile-first architecture, PKR display integration, English-language content throughout and responsible-gambling tools embedded from day one — not bolted on later.
Launch
11jj launched with a carefully curated game lobby, cricket and sports betting markets and a support team operating 24/7 in English — ready for PSL season and ICC tournament cycles.
Growth & Expansion
Expanded game studios, added live-dealer categories, refined in-play cricket odds and introduced long-term player reward programmes — all while keeping the platform lean and fast on Pakistani mobile networks.
Ongoing Commitment
We continue to refine the product, improve cashier options and strengthen player-protection tools — committed to being the most transparent, player-respecting platform available to Pakistani users.
What Drives Everything We Do at 11jj
Our Mission
To provide Pakistani players with a world-class, English-language online casino and sports betting experience that is transparent about its terms, honest about its risks and genuinely built around the way Pakistani users live, bet and play.
We believe that every player deserves to understand exactly what they're agreeing to, exactly what the odds mean and exactly how responsible-gambling tools work — in clear English, not buried legalese.
Our Vision
To become the most trusted name in English-language online gaming among Pakistani players — not through aggressive advertising, but through consistent quality, honest communication and a genuine commitment to player welfare.
We envision a platform where players from Rawalpindi to Faisalabad feel equally at home, equally informed and equally protected — where the product earns loyalty through integrity, not gimmicks.
The Six Principles That Shape 11jj
These are not marketing slogans. They are operational commitments that influence every product decision we make.
Radical Transparency
Every bonus has its wagering requirements published in plain English before you claim it. Every game's RTP or house-edge figure is accessible in the game's info panel. No hidden conditions, no bait-and-switch promotions. If we can't explain a term clearly, we don't use it.
Player Welfare First
Responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion — are built into the platform and accessible at all times. We make it easy to set controls, not hard to find them. 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction.
Mobile Obsession
Pakistan is a mobile-first internet market. 11jj is designed so that every single feature — live betting, cashier, support chat, account controls — works flawlessly on the smartphones used by players from Karachi to Peshawar, on the networks they actually use.
Pakistan-Contextual Design
PKR balance display, cricket and PSL/T20 betting markets, familiar local payment references and English content written for a Pakistani audience — not adapted from a foreign product. This is not localisation; it is original design for Pakistan.
Security Without Compromise
HTTPS/TLS encryption on every page, rigorous KYC/AML procedures, two-factor authentication and strict data-handling practices protect every account. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing. Privacy is a right, not a feature.
Honest Support
Our support team is trained to give accurate, honest answers — including telling you when a promotion doesn't suit your situation. Live chat is available 24/7 (as stated by the operator). We aim to resolve issues, not deflect them.
A Full-Spectrum Gaming Experience for Pakistani Players
11jj brings together sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables and instant-play titles under one roof — all in English, all with PKR display, all accessible from the device in your pocket.
For cricket fans, the sportsbook covers Pakistan vs the world — Test matches, ODIs, T20 internationals, PSL fixtures and ICC tournaments — with in-play markets that update ball-by-ball. Football, UFC, tennis and basketball round out the non-cricket betting menu for players with broader sporting interests.
The casino lobby aggregates slots, live dealer tables (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat), Asian-market titles (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), crash games and RNG table games. Game information — including RTP figures and house-edge where applicable — is published in each game's info panel.
Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and more with live in-play markets.
HD-streamed Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and game-show formats with English-speaking dealers.
Hundreds of slot titles across volatility levels with published RTP figures and progressive jackpot options.
Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger and regional card games at PKR-friendly stakes.
Fast-paced crash games and instant-win titles for players who prefer rapid rounds. High risk — set session limits.
Birthday credits, referral rewards and long-term loyalty programmes. Always subject to T&C — read them first.
Our Commitment to Safe and Responsible Play
At 11jj, responsible gambling is not a compliance checkbox — it is a design principle. We believe that a platform that genuinely cares about its players must make it easy to stay in control, not hard. Every responsible-gambling tool we offer is prominently accessible, clearly explained in English and always available regardless of what you're playing.
Gambling should be entertainment. It carries real financial risk. The moment it stops feeling like entertainment and starts feeling like a need, that is the moment to use our tools or step back entirely. We make no apologies for being direct about this — we would rather have a player who plays sustainably for years than one who burns through their budget in a week.
Deposit & Loss Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps and loss limits from your account settings. Once set, these cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies.
Session Time Limits
Configure reminders or hard time limits on your sessions. The platform will notify you when you've been playing for an extended period and give you the option to end the session.
Self-Exclusion
Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Contact our support team 24/7 to activate this immediately. Self-exclusion takes effect promptly and is not easily reversed.
Reality Checks
The platform can display regular pop-up summaries showing how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered during a session — keeping you grounded in the reality of your activity.
Age Verification
11jj is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process.
Local laws in Pakistan may further restrict or prohibit online gambling. Turning 18 does not make gambling lawful in every jurisdiction. Please understand the laws applicable to you before participating.
